Thank you for checking out 3700 Sepulveda! Take a look below at what our residents are saying about us on Google.

Our living experience at 3700 Sepulveda has been nothing short of extraordinary. Where else on the Westside of LA will you find such value? I’ve lived all across LA, so I know the answer is nowhere. From affordable rent, exquisite amenities and common areas, friendly staff, helpful maintenance, and wonderful neighbors, it does not get better than 3700 Sepulveda. My favorite things about the community are too many to list comprehensively, but here are a few: Awesome pool area, with BBQ, firepits, bistro lighting, and jacuzzi – all meticulously maintained. A self-contained park for children/families, including playground, soccer field, basketball court, pickleball (sounds random, but it’s fun), putting course, and lounge areas. Stacked gym with free weights and machines. Gated parking. Round the clock security and maintenance. Amazing package/mail locker system. Communal office area with computers/printers and public restrooms – perfect for these COVID times… Onsite vending machine and walking distance to 7-Eleven. Modern living spaces, with generous storage, and peaceful balconies (especially if you’re overlooking the park). I know I sound like a walking advertisement, but this place is a diamond in the rough of Los Angeles. Just a small story: it was middle of July, hot as hell. Our window AC unit started making some strange noises. Within a couple of hours (on a Saturday!), the unit was replaced – we didn’t even have to ask! I cannot recommend 3700 Sepulveda enough. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions about the place.

Loved everything about our 2.5 year tenure – building is constantly being updated with the latest and greatest amenities, clean and secure throughout, and most notably the management is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Can’t go wrong here!

-Kenny Moscinski

It was a pleasant stay at 3700 Sepulveda in past 6 years. My kids like the play area very much and it has all facility inside the Appartment. My family enjoyed very much. All staffs was very nice and friendly.

Honestly my experience at 3700 was wonderful. The community is pleasant (polite young urban professionals or recent young families), the amenities are great (secure mail room with package concierge, basketball, pool, big gym, pickle ball, mini golf, small soccer field), and the staff, especially the maintenance team, are awesome. Requests were fixed on time and well done.

Thank you so much for making my past 5 years a memorable stay. I will be recommending 3700 to all my friends.

We lived here for almost 6 years and loved it. The apartment was constantly cleaned and had top notch amenities. We always felt safe as they hired security guards at night to patrol the premises – something we have not seen anywhere else. The staff (office, maintenance, security, cleaning) was friendly, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend this apartment!

The two and a half years I spent at 3700 Sepulveda was the best apartment experience I had while living in LA. While it is a somewhat older building, it has been updated very nicely, and the amenities are great! If I had planned on staying in LA, I probably would have stayed much longer! It was a pretty quiet community, never had any bug issues, was maintained nicely, and despite the proximity to the 405, road noise was never an issue. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced apartment with lots of amenities, 3700 is a great option!

-Garrett Collins

I lived there for over 5 years and recently moved to another state. The staff are excellent, from the front office to the maintenance workers. The amenities are excellent as well. They are always renovating the building and units, so it will continue to improve.

My husband and I moved to this apartment complex in 2016, and have loved living here over the past several years. We chose one of the smaller units (I believe it’s called a “split-level one bedroom,” which comes with one assigned parking spot in the gated garage), and it’s the perfect amount of space for our needs. Our unit faced the courtyard so it’s naturally shadier, but I’ve heard from other residents who are on the upper floors that you can see the Hollywood Sign and mountains! The neighborhood is very walkable with lots of great restaurants (I recommend Copenhagen Pastry and Maple Block Meat Co.!). There’s also a Trader Joe’s and CVS walking distance from this complex, and a newly opened Starbucks.

The apartment staff are very friendly and courteous; the maintenance team goes above and beyond in responding to repair requests the same day. They’ve switched to an entirely online system since we’ve lived here, and it’s very easy to submit requests. We pay our rent via check to avoid any credit card fees.

They’ve also tinkered with the mail system over the years, and currently have a large locker system for packages that don’t fit into your regular mailbox. This has been great for keeping packages from being delivered at your door.

In terms of location, you can easily get to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, LAX, etc. by car. I used to take the Culver City bus to UCLA, and it’s a straight shot. Because of how the complex is situated on Sepulveda, it’s usually easier to turn right out of the garage (rather than taking a left), but even then you’re in between two stop lights so you can easily wait for traffic to be caught by a red and then get out.

This complex is always very quiet, which is perfect for working from home! Amenities are great: a communal office/study lounge with free printing; a gym (currently closed for the pandemic); a large courtyard with gas fire pits and couch seating; a pool and hot tub; barbecues with outdoor dining areas; outdoor games (such as giant chess); and there’s also a large playground and court area (I wish we could stay for our daughter to be old enough to use these). There are many communal laundry areas throughout the building (all take quarters; it’s $1.75 to wash, $1.25 to dry); I’ve only had a machine eat my money once, and it was really easy to contact the company and receive a refund via check.

If you’re looking to move to the Westside, I highly recommend this place! I love the piece of mind of staying with a large rental company rather than a smaller duplex – it’s so well organized!

3700 is truly a gem in the west LA area. My wife and I spent quite some time trying to find the right place in the area before settling there. We even lived in an apartment close by for a while, but when we found 3700 we knew we had to move there, and we’re glad we did.

There are a number of reasons why this complex is a great choice. It has good security due to the fact it is gated, has numerous security cameras and has a security guard patrolling at night. It has incredible amenities including a legit gym (pretty large, has free weights, has numerous cardio and resistance machines, etc), heated pool, jacuzzi, outdoor patio area with bbq grills, sauna, tennis court, bike storage, indoor and outdoor lounge area, business center with a printer, children’s playground, and even a basketball half-court now! We were also able to get 2 parking spots for a 1br, which is quite rare for the area. But hands down the best part has got to be the staff. Both the property management and the maintenance crew are top notch; they were always responsive, friendly and helpful. Whenever something goes wrong, you can count on them to take care of it quickly.

The location is also spectacular. You’re close to the 405 freeway, and numerous supermarkets. Off the top of my head, within 3 miles there are 5 trader joe’s (seriously), 2 sprouts, a whole foods, a few ralphs, a few vons, mitsuwa (japanese), northgate (mexican), and more. You can even walk to a Trader Joe’s, which we did often and it took about 10 min. There are 2 starbucks and a coffee bean within walking distance too, about a 10 min walk for any one of them. There are 3 Target stores within 3 miles. There is also a bit of nightlife within walking distance, including Bigfoot Lodge West and Oldsfields on Venice Blvd (hope they both survive 2020). The Mar Vista recreational area is about a 15 min walk or 5 min drive away. Downtown culver city is a couple of miles away, and has been developing a lot lately, overall has a nice charm to it. Little Osaka is close by and has numerous restaurant options, about a 10 min drive. Santa Monica is a 15 min drive, with all that it has to offer. There are also 3 metro expo line stations within 5 min drive, which will give you easy access to downtown LA to the east and Santa Monica to the west. Kenneth Hahn park is a hidden gem and only a 15 min drive. Also the beloved Baldwin Hills Overlook is only a 10 min drive and has some pretty amazing views of the city. Venice is only 4 miles or 10 min drive. There are a few big malls close by and good eats all over the area. I have a motorcycle so for me personally the location was excellent as Mulholland and the numerous twisty roads in the Santa Monica mountains are only 15-20 min ride away. Perfect! Overall, just a really great location. I could go on and on.

The only potential downside is there is an overpass nearby at Venice and Sepulveda that has a sizable homeless population. In my opinion it’s not a dealbreaker, I went for walks in the area all the time and didn’t have any problems. Just something to be aware of.

Overall, I highly recommend 3700 and have even been recommending it to friends who are considering living in the area.

-Tommy Urrea

Lived here for the past 5 years. Very very friendly and professional management team. This is the BEST apartment you can find in this area with wonderful location, clean and nice!
Apartment is super safe with secure gates, you will have your own concierge box for receiving packages. With nicely maintained gym and swimming pool, you will enjoy it!
Don’t miss this excellent apartment, RENT IT!

Absolutely LOVED living at 3700. My wife and I lived there 3 years and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff is courteous and helpful. Maintenance is the best crew I have ever experienced. The amenities are top-notch and brand new. The apartments are recently updated and have HUGE bedrooms. No bugs, no smoke issues, no mold. Could not recommend this place more if I tried.

-Benjamin Allen

I’ve been living in 3700 Sepulveda past two years, living there is one of my happiest memory staying in the LA, They building keep updating facilities, and the maintenance team and office staff are all very nice and friendly like a big family. I also made a lot good friends with neighbors during my stay. I love their heated salt water pool and gym. Even during COVID-19, I can still walk around in the complex which is very safe with 24hrs security. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who consider moving to Culver city area. Because for the price and the unit size and service you can get, there is no one else can beat this apt in this area I guarantee.

-Tina Wang

I lived here for 2.5 years and just moved out because I was leaving the state. When I was first looking for apartments, this was one of the few that fit all the check marks in terms of amenities. This place has gated garage parking, heated pool, hot tub, 2 large outdoor grill, multiple outdoor fireplaces, decent gym, sauna, and lounge. For the price and amenities, this place is worth it. Location is also amazing. Next to the 405, trader Joe’s, vons, cvs, and coffee stores.

Also the staff is amazing. Super responsive, always friendly, and never shown any attitude. If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would’ve certainly stayed. Had no reason to look at other spaces in the west side.

-Jamin Lam

Do it!! Trust me you will not regret this decision.

1. FAST response from maintenance team and if something is broken they will pretty much address that same day and fix it.

2. Very friendly and helpful staff.

3. Quiet!! Which is a big one for me personally. There is no noise or nothing crazy going on. Truly a peaceful place to sleep at night.

4. Amenities have been upgraded and truly add to the overall experience.

Me and my wife lived their for 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about this place! 🙂

-Humberto Saldivar

I recently left 3700 Sepulved after living here for 3 years. It was a great apartment complex. Everyone is incredibly friendly, from the office staff to the maintenance crew. There is always someone available to assist at the front desk for anything you need.

It is very safe and secure. You need a key to get anywhere in the complex, even from the garage to the lobby. There is a security guard who mans the desk and walks around the complex after hours. The package locker system was great. I have never been worried about package thieves here. I had an interior apartment facing the courtyard so it was very quiet.

Maintenance requests are taken care of within hours. Every time I submitted a repair request (which was not often since generally my apartment was in great shape), it was taken care of the same day before I got home from work. Very reliable.

They have also been making a lot of upgrades to the common areas and amenities. The gym has a good variety of workout equipment, and the pool/spa are nice. Overall it is a nice place to live.

-Theresa Nguyen

This was the first apartment my husband and I lived in together and we were glad we chose this one. Some things that stood out were: <24 hour turnaround for maintenance repairs, great amenities including fitness center, pool, basketball/tennis courts, free printing, 24/7 security and streamlined package retrieval. Grounds are extremely well-maintained and management is constantly updating the complex. Our one-bedroom apartment was very spacious and had a good amount of natural light. Probably the thing we will miss the most is being within a 5-10 minute walk of our favorite taco truck on Sepulveda and Palms (bomb tacos and burritos), which we frequented at least once a week. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this building to anyone looking for an affordable and high-quality place to rent.
– Lucia Chen
Management team is nice and friendly. The owner and the team of professionals running this place are regularly making improvements that other apartment complexes would put off. Great security system. Building-wide complimentary WiFi with good bandwidth is great if you don’t have your own, but if you do it’s there as a reliable alternative if you’re having problems with your own service.. The maintenance is fast and efficient and usually takes less than 24 hours to get your repairs done. Whatever facilities you want to find in an apartment, you are sure to find it here. Terrific fitness center. Community barbecues in the central patio area allow you to prepare a meal without having the hassle of maintaining your own propane unit on your balcony. Computers in the lounge connected to a COLOR laser printer. It is a resident-friendly apartment.
They have a reliable system for receiving packages, which is important these days. Up to speed with the latest electronic communication for repairs and other issues. The apartment complex is incredibly clean and well maintained. Location is near 405 & 10, so easy to get to other places in So Cal. Not too far from the beach so climate is more beach-like than downtown-like (cooler).

– Mark Poyser

Lived here over a year and a half and the staff has been terrific. Goker, Miguel, Ale, and all the maintenance staff are beyond friendly. Usually takes less than 24 hours to get your repairs done.

Every time there has been any inconvenience – like quarter shortages due to COVID-19 or increased construction noise due to renovations – they have been extremely accommodating.

You should know, for the apartments located right on Sepulveda, there is a TON of traffic noise and road debris that fills our patio with black soot. I’d opt for the apartments facing the inside of the building. But we decorated as best we could to make up for it and they’re installing double pane windows to help with the noise.

No central AC, no in unit laundry, and those are about the only drawbacks to the interior.

The amenities are also great. Nice gym, great spacious pool, basketball courts, and even pickle ball courts which have become our latest obsession.

We lived at 3700 for three years and really enjoyed our experience there. Here’s a breakdown for anyone considering this apartment complex:

LOCATION: It’s a hidden gem inside–a true oasis from the urban LA jungle. I remember looking at 5+ apartments before stumbling upon 3700 during a drive around. I instantly felt at home. It’s an easy drive to all the pockets of the westside (Venice, Santa Monica, Westwood, Malibu). Easy bike ride to the Mar Vista farmer’s market and Ballona Creek Bike Path. Assigned parking spots are spacious.

APARTMENT UNIT: We had a 1 bed/bath + 1 den, and the den was way bigger than other apartment dens we had seen. It had a door, which could’ve easily made it a second bedroom; we used it as a storage room. Do ask about where your apartment balcony will be facing. Ours was facing an alleyway, which wasn’t the most pleasant view, and we often experienced some annoyances from the outdoor urban environment. (Minus .5 star for that experience)

AMENITIES: The amenities are plentiful and awesome (a large pool, jacuzzi, plenty of seating and greenery, barbecue grills, gym, business center, tennis courts, and outdoor field). The apartment complex has upgraded immensely since we first moved in. You now get hardwood floors and beautiful appliances. They also provide free WiFi, which is amazing, but our apartment location was not receptive and we had spotty connection, which led us to purchase our own service via Spectrum. (Minus .5 star for that experience)

STAFF: The front office crew is very responsive and most are friendly. The maintenance crew is amazing–very responsive and extremely friendly, and I was SO thankful to have them. Our new complex is not as responsive, and it makes me miss the service here very much.

Overall, I had a wonderful time and would recommend this place.

– Karen Pham

Great building, location, amenities and cleanliness. Very friendly staff and management. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

– Augusto Boros

Regarding my experience living in 3700:
1. It was one of the best apartments I have stayed in. I seriously had no complains when I was living there.
2. Cleanliness, maintenance and any service request are handled like professionals.
3. I would recommend all my friends to stay here.
– Vaibhav Shah
We lived at 3700 Apartments for a year and seven months. It definitely gets somewhere close to a 9/10 for me! I enjoyed the the gym for sure, the jacuzzi, the pool, the small sauna, the amount of space in the court yard, and we started to enjoy the new BBQs and new games. The other side had a tennis court which was great, but now their in the midst of changing that into a basketball court/rec. area. Next to that is a bike storage area and a new mechanical package system with your personal key code. The computer area with lots of couches, and extra bathroom/shower close by, also adds to it being a roomie/peaceful environment for sure. Everyone who works and lives there is very friendly, and the whole place is generally very quiet. I loved being close to the beach, Marina Del Rey, Venice, Culver, and Santa Monica area (I was born and raised in Venice & SM). There’s a lot of cool bars walking distance for sure!, a lot of pockets of good food everywhere, and freeway entrance is awesome. Our apartment had an extra den which was super nice to have and it overlooked the Venice Blvd. – when you open the door you can hear the freeway traffic but we preferred the view of the city over the courtyard. Our friend who lives there faces the courtyard and he said you can’t hear it at all from his place. We’re both on the south side of the property closest to Venice Blvd. Altogether I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends, and I would have stayed longer if I could’ve. They never raised our rent. The security/maintenance staff *really* makes you feel safe. Unlike other big complexes, this complex still has some chill vibes with not too many rules. It’s nice to be able to see familiar faces all the time and feel a general sense of community.

Living at 3700 for the past 1yr 1/2 was very enjoyable and comfortable. It always felt very clean, calm and peaceful. The pool, sauna, gym, courtyard and computer room made it feel like a hotel and were very clean and modern. Everyone mostly keeps to themselves, but every one I encountered was always very friendly including the maintenance, management and security staff. Our apt on the 3rd floor had amazing views of Los Angeles and we especially enjoyed being walking distance to Downtown Culver City, 7-eleven, Trader Joe’s and Mar Vista park. Overall I would highly recommend this complex! Thank you 3700!
– Kristin Moore
I really enjoyed the two years that I lived at 3700 Sepulveda. This place was my fourth apartment complex in Los Angeles, and it was easily the best experience I had. The front office staff were always accommodating, professional, and helpful. The maintenance staff were always around and would complete my service requests in <24 hours. The facilities were very clean and modern. The laundry facilities were always available. Even the friendly security guards helped me feel safe. I am saddened that I had to move for my new job. If my commute was not an issue, I would not have left!

lived at 3700 for more than 7 years and was reminded daily what a smart decision that was.In the interest of helping you make an informed decision as to where you’re going to live, I put together 5 compelling reasons why you would love residing at 3700.#1 – Location! You’re a 1/4 mile from the 405 and just one mile from the 10. This central location puts you 15 minutes from Santa Monica, 25 minutes from downtown LA, and 10 minutes from LAX. Trader Joe’s is a five-minute walk and Von’s is less than a 1/2 mile from your front door.#2 – The apartment complex is incredibly clean and well maintained. The owner and the seasoned team of professionals running this place are regularly making improvements that other apartment complexes would put off for years or ignore all together. (Unbelievably, this team even mops the parking lot around the elevators–they really care about everything.)

#3 – The apartments are well designed and outfitted with new appliances and flooring, something that your guests are sure to take notice of.

#4 – The recreation facilities are the best in LA. It starts with an expansive sundeck that surrounds a spacious swimming pool that includes a Jacuzzi to one side and an outdoor grilling and picnic area on the other. And don’t go spending any of your hard earned money on a pricey fitness center membership, since the apartment gym is fully outfitted with numerous aerobic machines (ellipticals, stepper, rowers, treadmills & bikes), along with free weights, machines for circuit training, and a sauna.

There is a business center sporting Apple computers and a color printer available for your daily use, along with free Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment complex.

#5 – The staff is customer-focused. Led by Goker, this team works tirelessly to ensure your apartment, the parking area and the plethora of shared amenities are in excellent working condition. Whenever a maintenance issue arises (which is rare), it’s not uncommon for the issue to be resolved within hours of it being reported.

In closing, I loved living there, and seven years later I would make the exact same decision. No regrets.

Good luck,

– Brian M.

We truly enjoyed our time living in this complex! Staff is always super friendly and helpful, maintenance is always quick to respond to issues, lobbies were always kept clean and bright, and the elevator truly helped during those days when we had to lug heavy things up to our apartment. The amenities helped make the place more comfortable, and especially when our friends came over. They also have on site security which made the complex feel safer. The rent is on the average/median side from what we saw when we first started looking, as living anywhere in Culver City would not be cheap. However, from what we experienced, it was extremely affordable and worth every penny! We only moved because we relocated, and would much recommend this place to all our friends and anyone searching for a new home!

– thevtink x3

Very good location in Culver City, management and amenities are perfect, they have 24 hours watchmen in the community and it is very helpful!! Nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi, free Wi-Fi, and two barbecue grillers. Always clean and quite!

– Zhang Jason

I had an amazing experience living here for 2 years! The apartment building was constantly being upgraded, the amenities were amazing, and the management was always friendly and responsive. The common areas are kept very clean (the gym, pool, business center). I always felt safe living there, never had any trouble with noise, and would’ve stayed for years if I wasn’t looking for a 4 bedroom. I am definitely going to look into moving back in the future 🙂

– Melissa A.

Hello,
We really enjoyed our stay at 3700 Sepulveda. Your management team is very effective to work orders. We appreciated cleanness of the property. The property is always in good condition. It seems like your property manager is top of on all of the issues. My daughter got accepted to UCSD (San Diego) so we had to move to San Diego for her school.
Thank you for everything and good luck.

– Nuket E.

I love this place. I lived here only for 6 months and moved out from west LA, but people in the management office were friendly, there was a reliable security system and the apartment was kept clean always. Furthermore, Trader Joe’s are close. The rent was not so low, but this apartment was worth paying that.

-Takahiro Kato

I stayed in Woodmere (just renamed to 3700 Sepulveda) for more than 3 years. The overall experience is good: nice swimming pool, nice gym, big enough room space, good maintenance. Now I relocated to other city, which price is even higher but room is smaller. If you are seeking a new apartment, definitely I recommend 3700 Sepulveda. The gym is just renovated, you could do squat with smith machine now. The plumbing maintenance team is really really good, if your sink got clogged, they would repair it either same day or next day, and for free. Oh, the parking is amazing, 2 parking lots for 1 apartment, and they are free parking. Yes, free parking!

– Yujie H.

What an amazing place..I loved living here. It’s very clean, security and maintenance teams are very responsive; requests are followed up immediately and the management is awesome! very accommodating and constantly improving the apartment. lots of amenities to enjoy and the location is priceless; easy access to freeways, close to beach cities etc.
Must visit if you are looking for an apartment in the west side…

– Brendon E.

I stayed there many years. had to move out due work relocation. I really enjoyed living in a very clean place. The management team was very professional, effective and quick on work orders. Location of the building is unbeatable. My balcony got little dusty from the traffic outside but it was well worth of living there. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to live. Good luck on your apartment search. apt#418 George.

A decent place to live in west LA
The Woodmere Apartment offers a luxurious living environment at a reasonable price. Staffs are responsive and friendly. Only downside so far is the road noise on the Sepulveda side.

Nice Place
This apartment building is great for its tenants and has a lot of amenities. The location is not too far from Santa Monica and is a good neighborhood to live in.

Best value as a luxury building in Los Angeles
Property is very well maintained. Maintenance is always available. A lot’s of amenities with quality equipment. They really take care of the place well. The units are very large and spacious. Management is very professional and quick to respond to any issue. I haven’t seen any residential buildings respond work request as quicker than The Woodmere team.
