APPLICATION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Rental History Requirements:
- Positive contractual rental history from third party references for two years required.
- Eviction free rental history required.
Credit and Income Requirements:
- Established credit is required.
- Outstanding negative, bad debt, or collections being recorded on your credit report will
be grounds for denial.
- Monthly income must be at least three (3) times the stated monthly rent.
- Employees must provide paystubs for the last three months. Only taxable income
accepted.
- Business owners must provide most recent tax return and business license.
- You must provide original documents. Copies will not be accepted.
- Any false statements on the application will be grounds for denial.
Information for prospective tenant applications:
- Credit check per applicant: $30 (non-refundable)
- Holding fee: $200, refundable up to 72 business hours. (It will be applied to the security
deposit upon approval).
- Bring paystubs for most recent three months.
- Bank statements for last 6 months.
- Valid Driver’s license, State ID, or Passport.
